We used to get Christmas cards and birthday calls and then one year it just… it just stopped. I don’t know why. What I do know is that it wasn’t my fault. Granted, it took a significant amount of time and an incredible amount of therapy to come to that realization, but… you need to know that your father’s sins are his and not yours.
